MUD & MUSIC FESTIVAL-2016

MUD FESTIVAL 2016- GOTHATAR

MUD & MUSIC festival is an annual festival in Nepal celebrated in Asar 15. It is celebrated in many part of Nepal.

Few year back it was just day for plantation of rice but as year passed new generation put their eyes in this festival and began to celebrate in their own way by planting and also enjoying themselves in mud. Many games are played in mud like kabadi, volleyball and many more.

This festival has attract thousand of tourist every year.

“I planted crops along with local farmers and enjoyed every minute of the plantation,” says Alan Smith, a visitor from USA.

My Experience:

ME: lying in the ground

Some people out there think its dirty. Yes it is dirty but its all about memory. Nothing is going to  happen if you play in dirt for a while then take a good bath maintain your health. But just because of dirty you consider it  not fun then enjoy your life how you wanna.

Well this festival occurred in-front of my house. I would have chased to go in this festival like this  but this time festival came to me and how would I not participate in it. Me and my team were planning to go in field but some were like ahh, reallyyyy. So i didn't wait for them and go by friend who agreed. There is always that friend in the group who don't want to  participate in some activities.

we played lots of game there and trust me I didn't regret for a min while playing there but when i regret was while bathing. I will catch up there soon. We played kabaddi, volleyball and lots of game. Even football in that mud where you can hardly run.

Where Fun part begin was Hot Girls were entering in field. We re men we can't resist hot chicks so as soon as they came we planned to hunt them down by throwing them in mud. We began. That moment is best of all. Dragging them down in the field was best. My total count was 12-13 maybe.

When I regret for a moment was while I was bathing. These mud they were every where, inside my pockets everywhere. Bathing was really really hard at he moment. Put shampoo in your hair wash it still there is mud. In that moment I felt like why I went there but after bathing for like an hour when I was totally clean and drinking my coffee then I felt Man that was some memory you collected there.

Still waiting for 2017 MUD festival. No mater the dirt and time to bath I am still going in it and I suggest you too. Being dirty for day won't harm you.

My suggestion is life is short and when you become old what will you remember and laugh your exam marks. Well i will from my exam marks also because in some subject I had got zero and every time I watch that marks I laugh. But what I meant to say is Live your life. ENJOY.

PEACE AND LOVE

NIGHT WALK IN BOUDHANATH

NIGHT VIEW BOUDHANATH

BOUDHANATH

Speciality About BOUDHANATH

There is nowhere quite like Boudhanath. Asia’s largest stupa pulses with life as thousands of pilgrims gather daily to make a kora (ritual circumnavigation) of the dome, beneath the watchful eyes of the Buddha, which gaze out from the gilded central tower. Tibetan monks in maroon robes and with shaved heads wander the prayer flag–decked streets while pilgrims spin prayer wheels and stock up on yak butter and tsampa (roasted barley flour). This is one of the few places in the world where Tibetan Buddhist culture is accessible and unfettered, and the lanes around the stupa are crammed with monasteries and workshops producing butter lamps, ceremonial horns, Tibetan drums, monks’ headgear and the other paraphernalia essential for Tibetan Buddhist life.

Myth About Boudhanath

Once in ancient Nepal, there lived a very grumpy, rude and irreligious man. He was detested by everyone and never did anything pious in his life. He owned a shop in the city complex, but hardly anyone came to his shop because he spoke ill of everyone who came there. When he died, he fell straight to hell. Just before he was to be sentenced for his sins, The Buddha appeared and nullified his sentence. When the demons asked The Holy One why he did this, The Buddha answered, "Yes, this man has committed many sins in his life, but once he circled around Boudhanath while chasing a dog.he had gained a little merit; thus, the buddhas shall grant him one chance to atone." After this incident, it is believed that if a person has committed great sins, they can circle around the stupa--if only one time--and be granted one chance to atone for their sins.

Here, You will find the most peaceful environment, as this place is made after lord of peace GAUTAM BUDDHA. The hymn sound of peace music everywhere, will divert your mind from outside world and make you forget everything and let you enjoy the moment.

It was New Year Eve 2016. Me and my friends were at boudhanath. We had planning on celebrating new year eve so to add more memory we visited boudhanath. The best thing about boudhanath is the peaceful environment and the lightning around you.

Every where I travel I only  think of one things, collect memories by doing something crazy.

It was late night and we were just circling boudha. There is some kind of feeling when you circle the boudha. We were excited as it was our re-gathering and  celebration in boudha. Those lights were surely attract you so were we. You won't regret travelling boudhanath so do visit this place.

On my tour to Siddhababa, I went to get some food to one small hotel. I order a tea and as I was drinking tea a sweet voice come from back. A beautiful natural high pitch voice. As I look back to see who is calling me with this beautiful voice, I saw this girl calling me UNCLE, UNCLE. I kept looking at her because she was calling looking at me but I didn't know her, I haven't seen that face ever in my life. She approach to me and she was still calling me UNCLE.

As she was coming forward I was curious to know who is she coming to. She came to me and said Uncle, I was surprised all that time she was calling me uncle and I don't even know her. I asked her are you calling me and with innocent face she said yes and signal me with moving head up and down.

TRIP TO POKHARA

Pokhara City

   History of this City

The geographical studies reveal that centuries ago a glacier was formed in the valley. As the time passed, the temperatures steadily increased and the solid ice melted and formed a river that began flowing, cutting into the soil of Pokhara. The regular flow of glacial waters created several underground tunnels. Currently, most of these tunnels are dry and are found in the form of caves.

Why it is so Special?

It is next face of heaven. The environment creates very peaceful and sound effect in our mind. Just imagine yourself in the middle of temple surrounded by lake from where you can see the mountains above 8000 meter and those mountains  reflection will be under you.

Imagine Yourself here
Here I go:

I am very good at planning but worse at implementing it and I am cool with it because most of people out there are also like me maybe you too. I didn't want to follow any orders or anyone disturbing me while I am travelling so I choose to go by myself rather consulting the travels company or guiders.

I started my tour with couple of tourist. I was sitting next to window in bus, you can't imagine how I feel. One side there is deep rivers flowing with you and another side big mountain, If you fall your death is sure and I wasn't scare because of death but instead what if I miss the view of Pokhara. Passing the forest and crossing the river finally reached my destination. It was night so I missed the natural view but you can't ignore artificial view.

Early morning, coffee with lake in-front of you. Then I went for side scene and to collect some memories from this city. there are many adventure to do in Pokhara. each and every day I spend there was unforgettable.

Affordable hotel with best Nepali meal will surely attract you so be prepare for that.
